By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Terms of Trade, which cover payment, shipping, returns, and damage claims.

1. Using Our Website

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current information when you place an order or create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Payment Security and Address Verification

• Our website is protected by 3D Secure authentication.
• At checkout, you're asked to review and confirm that your billing address is correct before your order is placed.
• All online orders must be paid through our website checkout.
• We ship only to the address provided in your transaction, and no address changes or corrections are allowed after an order is placed. If there's a problem with the address, we'll refund the transaction and ask you to order again with the corrected address.

3. Product Listings and Pricing

• We work hard to make sure our listings, descriptions, and prices are accurate. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

• Damage, missing items, and order mistakes must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery, with photos. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests made outside these timeframes are not eligible.

• Please contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
• If a chargeback is filed on an order that was delivered as described or without first contacting us, we may close the account and discontinue future business with the account holder.
